McNay Art Museum, in San Antonio, Texas, have launched their new website. Part of the redesign has involved updating their online collection using our Vernon Browser module. The new branding has been developed by design company Giles-Pascale.
The new website includes the option to filter searches to only works on display. This is done using the location reason data back in Vernon CMS. If the work is marked as being on temporary or permanent exhibition then it is flagged as being on display. The current location data in Vernon CMS is also used to show the name of the gallery when the work is on display.
