We implemented Freshdesk earlier in the year to improve how we track support requests. The Vernon CMS & Browser customer support portal is now enabled:http://vernoncms.vernonsystems.com/support/login. If you have any topics for discussion, please post them on here, rather than the current vernonsystems.com Vernon User Forum. The current forum will become read-only.
Likewise, any news and notices from Vernon Systems will now be posted on the new forum, so if you would like to continue to receive updates, please register for the new customer portal. To receive an email notification when a new notice is posted you will need to open the Forums tab, click on Noticeboard and click the Follow button.
The URL http://www.vernonsystems.com/forum/ will automatically redirect you to the new customer portal. However, if you would still like to access the old forum, it will be available for a limited time here www.vernonsystems.com/forum/index.php.
