Vernon CMS was chosen as our preferred CMS for a range of reasons. We wanted a system that gave us the capability to expand our collection record keeping when we had capacity, but was still simple enough for day to day and immediate use, had strong reporting functionality and where system updates and support were readily available.

While the O’Keeffe’s Curatorial team started using Wrike in 2013, it struggled to make it stick. I was hired as Curatorial Project Coordinator in 2016, and charged with building system use and buy-in.

Vernon CMS 12.0 – Busy Bellbird
We are excited to release Busy Bellbird, version 12.0 of Vernon CMS. Busy Bellbird includes User Interface changes for ease of use, including bigger buttons, one-click options on the Navigator, and changes to Quick Search. Busy Bellbird introduces a new tool for bulk updating fields, and a number of minor enhancements and changes to existing functionality.
