MuseumNext in Melbourne 2017 was all about “risk”. If you don’t try, you don’t gain, but you also don’t lose. But many speakers took the time and care to stress that there are genuine costs to inaction. If you risk nothing, you can harm every aspect of your organisation. NDF 2016 Conference Powhiri This year around 320 people attended the National Digital Forum Conference (NDF) at Te Papa, Wellington. Despite aftershock rumblings and high nerves from a city recovering from an earthquake, the conference went ahead without a hitch. This was my first year attending the conference and I was amazed at the fascinating presentations and the challenging ideas we were left with.
